The Wolfsbane K9 Way of Training Your Dog is Different

Each day we get inquiries from all over the world for one of our trained protection dogs. The needs vary but the general theme is always the same. Our clients want a dog who follows his commands and minds his manners while being alert at all times. Most tell us they want a dog just like the one they have seen in one of our videos.

On a regular basis we are asked if we can train a dog the client has already purchased. Many have searched for what they believe is the perfect puppy or young dog yet they lack the skill or time to take the dog from where he is to what they envision. Enter the new Wolfsbane K9 Scholar Program.

We’ll hit the highlights here. First and foremost we must that we spend a great deal of time with our own dogs so the training program is very limited. With that said we only accept the Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherd breeds.

We start with an online questionnaire where we gather a lot of information about you, your dog and what you expect as the end result. Having this tells us what you want and whether the time limits you place on training are even possible for optimal results.

How do we know what your dog is like? Has he had any bad training that must be reversed? In most cases we will ask you to bring your dog to the kennel after we feel like he has a good shot at being the best of the best. Those are the only dogs we accept. For advanced courses we require that the dog has had all of his foundation work with us.

If we agree to take your dog on board with the K9 Scholar Training program we’ll give you an estimate concerning how long the training will take and the total cost. Once the dog is with us you’ll get regular written ands verbal reports along with progress videos. When he is finished we’ll give you a comprehensive handler’s course free with all training.

So, if you think your dog has what it takes we would love to hear from you. The best way to begin is to complete the contact form at the bottom of any page on this site and in the comments section tell us what kind of training you need.
